Create complete themes for Windows XP

I have already built some the icons, desktop images and sounds, but we have
some troubles with the installation process.

I am looking for an automatic installation process; some kind of setup that
user opens and install a new theme including this elements:

- My PC
- Folder closed
- Folder open
- Network Places
- My documents
- Favorites
- Explorer
- Control panel
- Outlook / Outlook Express
- Floppy disk
- Help
- All the Mouse icons
- Set of sounds for Skating Windows, Shutting down Windows and
message error.

I partially achieved the goal, becuase my solution not includes the
following elements:

- Explorer icon
- Floppy disk icon
- Folder Open icon
- Folder Close icon
- Control Panel icon
- Favorites icon
- Outlook / Outlook Express icons

Anyone has completely change the theme before? Any help would be very
appreciated.
