Solution
5670 will do very well at 1366 768.
u can even play high setting except max AA, AF.
it'll handle all upto date games fine for 1366 768 at least on medium setting. and mostly on high setting.

Friend i suggest you a gpu but you must upgrade your ram to 4gb this will help you alot to increase your system speed.
2nd according to your price range go for nvidia geforce 9800gt 1gb this is the only option for you your games will run fine in medium setting.
3rd your motherboard niether support sli nor crossfirex the better way for you is increase your budget and pick a gtx 460 iam sure your games will be run in high setting.

He's using a 15" CRT.... How high do you think that Monitor can go????????????
Get yourself a 9600GT/9800GT and it'll work absolutely fine...... Anything higher..... and I think you'll need to start making a new rig altogether.
And don't spend any money on anything else, yeah, RAM increasing will glide you thru, that too you'll need to check if you have any free slots for RAM, cos most probably the guy who made the rig for you, would as usual put in 2 * 1GB modules of RAM for you so that you pay and extra buck to get 2*2Gb Modules for a later upgrade....

@ alyoshka

Hey man,
I'm not a PC noob. :p
I built that PC two months back. There are two RAM slots on the motherboard. One is populated with a 2GB Stick, planning to add another 4GB Soon. Then will replace that 2GB with a 4GB stick and make those work in Dual Channel mode.
No guy built it for me, I bought the parts and assembled them myself.

I'll get a new monitor later. 18.5" - 1366x768. The monitor is from my old PC.

I was also looking at a 5670. I can actually play games like FIFA 11 or Virtua Tennis 4 fine at this resolution with the integrated graphics.
