Will this ram work on my motherboard

i have a GA-970A-D3 (rev. 1.4 with a phenom2 965 x4 chip. i have the list of ram thats from the gigabyte site and cant find this on it Crucial BLS2G3D1339DS1S00 Ballistix Desktop Memory Module - 2GB, PC3-10600, DDR3-1333MHz, 1.5V, CL9, 240-pin DIMM it is real good deal on tigerdirect right now for cheap.
can someone tell me if it will work for me? thanks for looking
