You should swap that board with this AM3+ board

ASRock 970 EXTREME4 $109.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

So you can spend a little more on a better GPU like a 5770/6770 or even a 6850

thanks men !

so are you saying that this build is Good ? :D  :D  :D

It's all right. But your build is unbalanced. The graphics card isn't for gaming by today's standards.

Do you really need a blu-ray drive?
Do you have an old desktop you can scrap parts out of? If you do, chances are you can use the dvd drive and hdd out of that and reuse them. The HDD factory's in Thailand have been flooded causing prices to skyrocket. That could actually save you 170$ :o
And consider filling this out.

Here's a build for ya.

Monitor
Windows 7
Mouse and Keyboard
HDD
DVD burner
Motherboard
CPU
RAM
GPU
PSU
Case

You could also use this motherboard.
It would be a very wise idea to get an AM3+ motherboard opposed to AM3. AM3 processors (like the one you choose) will work on AM3+ but the newest generation AMD processors run on AM3+. If you buy an AM3+ motherboard you will be able to upgrade your processor in the future without buying a new motherboard.

There are plenty of articles on how to do it, and you can always ask for help on Tom's!

Because this is your first build, look at the following threads while you are waiting for your parts.
Build it yourself:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/274745-13-step-step...

And although this primarily a troubleshooting thread, the first part contains a checklist that will catch most noob mistakes:

newegg (US) also has a 3 part video about selecting parts and building your own computer on their website.
