Well according to me Sandy Bridge-E based Intel Core i7-3930K is the latest version of processor which give you best system support and access easily with user friendly. This processor can support DDR3-1600 ram with 32gb maximum size of memory.

No. That is a mobile pentium and much older and slower. I think you have a choice between 2 laptops, get the one with the i3.
