Low budget HTPC

This PC will exist mainly to record from the component output of my cable box, and burn the resultant video files to a disc playable by a PS3. The files will mostly be for pretty short programs, and as a result can be burnt just as video files on a DVD. No need for a blu ray burner. The most important qualities for the build, aside from being able to do the job, are being cheap, and being small enough to fit in an entertainment center meant for standard AV components (so no tower cases).

Case: APEVIA Black X-MASTER-BK/500 ATX Media Center $82
Mobo: ASRock M3A770DE $60
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 $62
Capture Card: Hauppauge Colossus $142
HD: Western Digital 160 GB AV-GP $46
Memory: G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) $26
CD Burner: Sony Optiarc CD/DVD Burner 24X Model AD-7261S-0B $20
Total: $438

If you have any suggestions to get this thing even cheaper, I'd appreciate the help!

If you can try to add a low profile video card like the Radeon 5450. Otherwise build looks good - for mine I took an old Core 2 Duo build I had no use for and turned it into an HTPC.
