Can anyone tell me if we can interface four 2kx8 RAM chips in 8085 with NAND gates

I build an 8085 system in college many moons ago. I could be wrong but I think the max memory address range was a total of 64k which included ROM and RAM. My system had 16k of ROM with 16k of RAM. Keep in mind this is from what I can recall without going back to my schematics. Both of which I still have to this day. One question though, Are you just nuts or masochistic.
