Upgrade question

I'm in the market for upgrading my computer, but my funds are limited and was wondering what the most worthwhile upgrade as far as gaming goes would be.

My specs are as follows:

Motherboard: 790FX GD70
Cpu: Athlon II x3 435 @ 3.77Ghz
RAM: 4 Gigs Corsair 1600mhz
Gpu: 2 Radeon HD5750's in Crossfire

how much are you willing to spend?
I would go with new cpu & 8GB RAM

I dont wanna spend an outrageous amount but more memory i can do. Was thinking about selling my cpu to put towards a better one. and what about the video cards? would i be better off with the 2 of them? or having a single more powerful card?

all depends on what games your playing but still I would say no just buy a new powerful one
