Case+MB

Anyone have an ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 MB with SLI double wide slots. Ihave an Antec 300 with bottom mounted PSU and can't fit a card in the bottom PCIe slot.
Case is 18" tall. Can anyone recommend a decent case for under $100? Some cable management would be nice, 2 or 3 fans.
I have another case with top mounted PSU but it has a running system in it and I dread swapping out 2 systems.

A two slot wide graphics card wont extend beyond the bottom of the motherboard .

Why cant you fit this graphics card , exactly? and what kind of card is it?
