Can so me a sub 90 pouunds mobo

ive been searching for ages and i cant find a mobo that supports the amd fx 8350 without the need of a bios flash! and i need your help, reader.
can someone find me a mobo that

1.supports the AMD FX 8350 without a bios flash and
2. supports 1866mhz 16GB ram.
