Hi guys,

So I have this problem: My video card is overheating when i play a game, like for example Crysis 2 or CivV.
When I bought it back then it automatically increased the fans speed when it got too hot but now it doesn't do that anymore so after 30-60 minutes the computer just turns off.

Why doesnt the auto fan thing work anymore? Is there any way to fix this?

I can't.
I tried to take it apart but some of the smaller screws were so soft that I basically deformed them trying to get them out and now it is impossible.

You can use GAS-CAN to blow out the dust inside the enclosure. That's all i do w/ my GPU cards. I blow the the dust using GAS-CAN at least 1x/3 months. I have 3 4890s, 1 GRX 280 OC, Another Nvidia Card...Never had Temp issue w/ my GPUs.

If there is no circulation inside the enclosure of the GPU it will overheat.... You need to clean it or blow away the dust that prevents air -circulation.

GPU's are air-cooled so more air flow is always better
