Hello,

Prior to now, I had a 460GTX which powered two monitors because of its feature that had two DVI connectors.

Recently, I upgraded to a 660ti which only has on DVI connector and one DVI-D connector. I' looked for VGA to DVI-D connectors but I've been unable to find any so I decided to plug my second monitor to my motherboard which has a VGA connector and it says that is has no signal.

I'm kind of clueless as to what I am doing wrong. The drivers are all up-to-date, restarted my computer and what have you but I am unable to get signal to my second monitor. My first monitor works fine as it's plugged in directly to the 660ti DVI slot.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's what annoys me. There's one DVI port and the other is a DVI-D. From what I understand VGA to DVI-D can't work because of how it transmits or whatever.
