Gigabyte z77z-ud3h not installing LAN driver. Help!

This is a brand new mobo and I can't find a LAN driver installation option on the factory disc. Nor will it let me use the driver currently available on Gigabytes website. Being as I can't access the internet, Windows updates can't help me yet. Anyone have any insight to share, to help me out?

Hi, Is there a device listed in Device Manager, under Network Controllers?
