How do i find ip address for a switch? type of switch is CNET power switch CSH.2400.

From behind the switch/with in the network, I would run a tracert. The first or second hop (depends on how many devices are between you and the power switch), would be your best bet. Within the tracert it will display the IP address and MAC addresses (it would also show you the devices name, which is another clear indication of what is what).
