Winbond W83627DHG overheating

Hello,
My computer has been powering off for no apparent reason I figured out via speedtest that the "system" LPCIO chip labeled "Winbond W83627DHG" is running between 88c-92c at all times, for some reason. I suspect that is causing the system to power off. If anybody has any information on this or can help me I would appreciate it. Thank you in advanced!

I take it I probably need a new motherboard...

I think you have an incompotable BIOS you can try to lower your PC s power needs through the BIOS settings and see if it helps
