but base on my understanding is,
my video card will not run more than 3.2 GHZ anyways, so OC seems redundant.

If your talking about OC'ing your GPU i dont know much about that but you can OC the CPU to i7 speed with the proper cooling

Thanks for the help =]
do I need any extra fan or a cpu cooler if I do OC?
and the case is kind of small, so I cant use Frio or CM 221+ cooler, is that right?

ya, I know that, but they said most game wont be able to use that high GHZ anyways, but I will see what I can do.

Will OC lower the life of the cpu or GPU?

Also, is this build upgradable in 3,4 years?

This is actually a pretty nice combo deal. Nice picks.
In 3,4 years, you're probably not going to want to "upgrade", you'll probably want to start from scratch. But yeah, you'll be happy with your purchases for 2 or so years, and if you want to upgrade, it shouldn't be too much trouble. Just make sure your new graphics card is compatible with the motherboard, and make sure your PSU can support the new draw, and you should be fine.

Get a 6950, put an old HDD to do the job until the prices go down. 150$ for 1TB Sata is crazy imo.

it is crazy, but if I get a 6950 I will pay more and I dont think I need that high. Besides, I dont have a old HDD, I was using a laptop.
