Mobo: Asrock z77Extreme 3 LGA1155

GPU: XFX Core edition FX-785A-ZNFC Radeon HD 7850 1GB

SSD/HDD: 1 OCZ Vertex 4 64gb / 1 Seagate
Barracuada 1TB 7200RPM 64MB

RAM:
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
9-9-9-24 timings

OD: Asus 24x DVD burner

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 6-bit SP1 (OEM)

PSU: CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V

Case: Rosewill Challenger Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower

Any recommendations? What's the difference between my power supply and that V2 Corsair one? (same watts)

Any suggestions if i should get return for better GPU?

I need help if i should return my mobo and get a ASUS, Or Gigabyte....

Asrock doesn't have good bios imo.
The wiring isn't that good for me, and i should of gotten the asrock extreme 4 instead.
I want a Asus or Gigabyte mobo.
Such as GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H, or GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H/GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H
or ASUS P8Z77-V LK.

My ram was also showing up 11-11-11-28 or something like that in timings while on the package it said 9-9-9-24 ....
So idk and also the charging without having computer for gigabyte is useful and the fans located around so easier wiring and i actually get 4 sata cables.
What is the newest and best mobo for my build?
