It looks like my bfg 8800 gts oc is dying or something. I didn't even enjoy it too much. Looks like fan is spinning ok, but "speed fan" gives me insane temps, gpu on idle ~62C and then temp2 about the same +- 2C, but when I play that goes into high 90's and temp 2 even into low hundreds (whatever the heck temp 2 is) and I don't think speed fan gives me bad reading, because prior to those temps I start to get graphics stutter and textures start to be missing. If I don't quit in time, computer will just shut down. Is there anything I can do? Don't have money to blow on new gpu + BFG is out of business of what I'm reading :(

Let me answer my own question.
MSI AFTERBURNER!
That was supposed to be the answer and no one come up with that here? What's up with that!? That software allowed me to regulate my fan speed and get 10C less.
Thx to myself (pat on the back)
EDIT: Just tested under load and it only got to 66C! Nice, I can play again!

This thread can now be closed. thx
