My question is, will this----> http://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-1600MHz-PC3-12800...

be any better then the stock 10gb ram I have installed in my hp.

Here is my spec sheet---> http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03...

Will there be a noticable performance increase for games? I took out the stock GPU and put in a EVGA GTX 560 2GB with a 550W PSU.

Just seems like I should be getting better frame rates in games. Is my stock ram a bottleneck?

What ram would be best?

The difference in speed between 1333 (what you now have) and 1600 is small. I would leave it alone. It's not the reason your frame rates seem low. I use the windows disk clean program at least once a day, along with ie privacy keeper version 2.73 to keep my system running smoothly. Your system may also have an aftermarket virus protection program. Some of those will slow your system down, such as trend micro. I only use microsoft security essentials. You can try it for free, but you must uninstall your old virus protection software first, which may cause other unforseen issues. If your system is running smoothly, I would leave it alone for now.

I don't think so, generally from DDR3-1333 to DDR3-1600, you will only see a ~10 FPS gain, if that.

It is a pre-built computer, so performance is bottlenecked and limited to standard specifications. For this reason, gamers build custom computers that have no limitations.

If you would like, you can try one of these:
