Not IMO. A Phenom II 955 and forward would be a better upgrade, as would an entirely new GPU.

I already have processor overclocked to 4.0 GHz, what new gpu would you say I was saying to SLI the 450 GTS because I already have one.

In terms of cost I guess 450 SLI is not that bad since you already have one. But it's still going to be fail at higher resolutions.

No, I wouldn't upgrade the mobo. If you only have $120-ish for the GPU then it wouldn't make any sense not to buy the 450. If you can sell your current card and make the budget $250-ish I'd get a 6950 or 560 Ti. This allows you to later upgrade into a higher end SLI setup that's actually going to be worth the hassle

Well, I wouldn't except for that fact it doesn't support multi GPU (not even Xfire apparently).

There is no way I can sell the GPU, I cracked the fan on it a couple months ago, and it's missing fins is a 6850 or 6870 a good card?
