Stuck Between 2 Motherboards..Need Help!

As the title says I'm stuck between 2 Mobo's:

Asrock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional Intel Z77

OR

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 INTEL Z77

Budget is not an issue, I just want to know which one you would recommend for gaming.

Planning to run with:

Intel i5 3570k

Sapphire Radeon HD 7950

I would go with ASUS. The P8Z77-V Deluxe is an option also.

Get the Asrock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional, less overpriced, more features, more power phases, overall better board.

I would skip both honestly neither are worth the price.

ASRock sacrifices stability+reliability for the maximum amount of performance, Asus is more conservative with more stability but still good tweaking/OC options.

For gaming the Fatality Professional is better. But if budget is really not an issue I'd get a GA-Z77X-UP7, it holds the world record for highest overclock and has great expandability.
