Asus Maximus V Extreme Vs EVGA FTW Z77

Title says it all, which motherboard is better?

Specs for my PC:
i72600k
EVGA GTX680 FTW+ (2 in SLI)
32gb G.Skill X Series @1800mhz
Corsair HX850w
Cooler Master HAF X
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Will be water cooling in the future)

Plan on overclocking, I use the PC for mainly gaming but I also do editing, modelling and programming, + browsing etc.
Any other cheaper recommendations would be great, I was originally looking at the Asus P8z77 Deluxe, but I have extra funds.

I think I might just go with the Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe. Would it be a loss at all? I don't plan on overclocking much at all.
