Need help with F2A85-M PRO Mmobo!

Hello everyone,

I recently got:

asus f2a85-m pro
amd a10 5800k
kingston khx1866c11d3p1k2/8g

how to setup the bios so the cpu is always at a stable clock (the base clock, 3800ghz without turbo core), at as stable voltage,
the gpu also at a stable base clock, at stable voltage,
ram also at stable voltage and clock

Can anyone tell me how to setup the bios? its a big mess, and there isnt much explanaton..
