HI all, i just want some suggestion, what components should i upgrade first for gaming pc. Currently, my rig setup is like this

AMD x4 955 be oc to 3.6GHz CPU
M4ATD785M-Evo Motherboard
HD6950 2Gb GPU
4Gb x 2 DDR3 Ram

driver of gpu already update to the latest, motherboard bios also flashed to the latest. But when im playing some decent games, such as Batman, sometimes it stop/lag when teleporting/enter building. Compared to my notebook [i5-2430 with GT540M 1Gb] which no such problem when playing same game.

Hopefully can guide/suggest me. Thanks.

Can your MB do X-fire? If so, go for another GPU.

Pretty decent rig and Batman is a terribly coded game so it will run worse than any other game. They need a patch.

If you still want to upgrade, I would keep the RAM and GPU and save money for Ivy Bridge and get like a 3770K and a Z77 / Z75 mobo. (Z75 = no SRT if you don't have a SSD)

I'd not upgrade just yet...the increase in performance would not be equivalent to what you'd spend, as your system is still relatively new. If you do upgrade, the best path I could recommend would be going for an i5-2500K setup.

i love to get that CPU too, but i think that 3770 still hardly to find here in Malaysia @ too pricey. the SSD thing maybe will be in my list..

sounds like you should get a nvidia card if you want to play batman since its a nvidia sponsored game and all.

You should be able to get a 560 ti rather easily for about $250 but you might be able to get the 448 core which is generally slightly better.

I don't think that's good advice. The 6950 is on average better than a 560 ti.

that is true

I'd think it would be the only thing that would make batman run decently tho.

Your PC i really good you dont need any upgrades its just that Batman is badly coded.Although you might get an nvidia card for physics.
