No Third Monitor

Okay, here goes.

I bought three monitors, a 6950, and an active miniDP to DVI adapter so that I can do Eyefinity.

One monitor doesn't work at all times.

The monitor with the adapter only works up until the boot gets to Running Windows and then kicks the signal over to one of the other monitors and stops working.

Customer support is no help just guessing to update the firmware of the adapter and yet no adapter is recognized.

What do I do?

Go into Catalyst and make sure all 3 monitors are active. That should take care of the problem. All are connected, just not configured yet.
