You can plug a SATA III (SATA 6Gb/s) drive into any SATA port, but you will lose performance if it is not connected via a SATA III port.

That being the case, this motherboard only has SATA II (SATA 3Gb/s) ports. Due to the speed of the newer SATA III OCZ drives like this one, you won't get the fully performance value of the drive from this motherboard.

If you really want to use that drive, which wouldn't be a bad idea, you'll want to make sure to get a motherboard with SATA III (SATA 6Gb/s) ports.

It gets confusing because everyone seems to refer to the ports differently, but below are the terms normally used.

SATA I (SATA 1.5Gb/s)
SATA II (SATA 3Gb/s)
SATA III (SATA 6Gb/s)
