Asrock Z77 Extreme 3. your thoughts?

Is this a good mobo? I heard the Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 is a good mobo however it is not available here in our area. The only options I have are the Extreme 3 or the Extreme 6 (which is way beyond my budget)

Is the Extreme 3 any good?

I don't plan on overclocking at all.

Intel Core i3-2100
Palit GTX 650 Ti
G.Skill Ripjaws X (4x2 GB)
Deep Cool Ice Blade Pro
FSP Epsilon 600w 80+

I am using the Extreme 3 with an Intel Core i7-3770k. I am very satisfied with the performance of the motherboard. The only complaint - their utilities supplied with the motherboard are a bit quirky....but they come with both the extreme 3 and extreme 4....

Isn't it too thin for a mobo? Im worried it might flex easily
