Sennheiser HD201 vs HD202

Hello all, I am going to buy a new headphone and i have selected Sennheiser HD 202 and HD 201.. I have searched and HD 202 have bass.. I don't know whether it is very useful or not. My main tasks are watching films and playing games.. i hardly listen music..

1. What should i buy from these two?
2. If there there is a better headphone for this price suggest me a one?

I like these. Without actually listening to them, it's hard to say which is better, but on paper, these seem to be the better pair:

ABOUT THE BASS:
bass is very important, it will help headphone to reach longer waves of sound, allowing you to listen the low frequency sound waves, it is something that will give you a much more immersive experience, when listening to sounds like thunder, shots, voices, etc.

I would say that bass is something necessary for any good sound system it will be very usefull in gaming and in movies...

Having owned neither, I really can't say. 202's seem to have slightly better specs though. Only other huge difference is the 201's are Around the Ear, and the 202's are On the Ear.
