Pc crashes when gaming

Can anyone please help me, i built my first rig about 9 months ago and it always crashes when playing games. These are the specs



i5 2500k
Gigabyte GTX 560
Gigabyte P67 UD4
Coolermaster Hyper 212
Samsung Spinpoint F3
Corsair 750watt Psu
Coolermaster CM 690 ii
g-skill rip jawsx 1600mhz

check the cpu an graphics card heat sinks are firmly attached .

if you have OCed anything then return it to stock

check the memory timings and voltages are in spec

I had overclocked and have reset everything, but the crashing happened from day one. I played just cause 2 and watched the temps on other screen and cpu never went past 56 and Gpu never exceded 65. I have never played with memory timings although for some weird reason i think it could be a memory issue, but thats a hunch as im not qualified to make such a diagnosis lol.
