Is my system bottlenecked?

Is my computer bottlenecked? I feel like it is being bottlenecked by the cpu..
I'm not sure! so I am going to ask it here.

Specifications:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology GA-MA790X-UD4P CrossFire
Memory: OCZ2RPR10662G (4x2GB DDr2)
Graphics: 2 X Sapphire HD Radeon 5850 1GB in CROSSFIRE

You could answer this question yourself very easily.

Run a benchmark.

Overclock cpu to 3.4ghz

Run benchmark again

If your graphics score is higher, you were bottlenecked.

I say probably yes a little.

Not sure on how to overclock.. don't really want to overclock either haha.

I just assume it's the CPU because i've been reading on the internet that 5850 on sli can play bf3 on ultra no problems @ 1920x1080 resolution. it lags for me on ultra..
