Hello, The title says it all ..
Here's the rest of my system:

CPU: Intel i5-3570k

GPU: Sapphire 7970 OC with boost

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8Gb 4x2 1866Mhz

PSU: XFX Pro xxx 750W

HDD: WD 1TB Black

SSD: Corsair Force 120GB

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX

Cooling: Cooler Mater hyper 212 EVO

I will be buying from new egg, I wont use Water cooling and I will be overclocking my CPU and My GPU.
Purchase date will be in Jan, 2013.

Also If you think these are overkill suggest me some other cheaper boards and if you have any other comments about my build please tell me, Thank.

the only different between the US5H and the UD3H the guy stated above is one PCi 3.0 slot..u think it's worth ?

I am pretty sure there is more to it then that.In all seriousness the guy that stated that is one difference is either missing something or does not know what he is talking about think about it GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H would never do very well in sales if that were true.GIGABYTE knows that and would not even bother with such a bad for business risk.
