Will this PSU be okay?

Hello, my old 650w psu recently died and i was looking to buy a new one. Since my budget is rather low i came across this : http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-600W-ModXStream-Power-Supply/dp/tech-data/B001GLFD54/ref=de_a_smtd

My question is will this psu being a 600w be okay running my current setup which is as follows:

Mobo:Asus M4N68T-M LE V2 Motherboard
HDD: 450gb
graphics: GTX 560 ti
Ram: 2x2gb Corsair
1x CD drive
Processor: AMD Phenom 1055t x6
2x case fans
1x cpu fan
