Compaq presario f700 over heating

Hello,
i had a laptop cpmpaq preasrio f700 with windows 7 operation system, and later it's become overheating (temperature reached 94c ) and the fan worked at max speed, which guided to shutdown and never restart.
i cleaned the fan from dust, but still had the problem, also i update the bios and nothing change.
pls tell me the reasons and the solutions that can i do.

I *think* you need to open the unit and give the fan a thorough cleaning.

i explained in my letter that i clean the fan , of course i open the unit.
