How much wattage do i need

ive experienced that wattage calculators can be wrong so what wattage would i need for this build

cm haf x case
asrock z68 extreme7 mobo
i7 2600k cpu
cm hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
g.skill 16g ram
seagate barracuda 2tb hdd
samsung 830 120gb ssd
sony 24x optical drive
amd radeon 7990
(they say it takes up bout as much power as the 6990)

Any plans for 2-way Quad Crossfire?

The Radeon HD 7990's rumored Maximum Board Power is 300 Watts which would make its power requirements more like the Radeon HD 6970 which has a Maximum Board Power of 300 Watts.

About 300 watts for the graphics card and about 300 watts for the rest of your parts.
That's with the CPU OC'd to 4.6Ghz and a few extra parts not actually on your list (USB device, etc). And with all the parts drawing full power at the same time (which almost never happens).
