Computer turned off wont turn back on, molex 4-pin sparked

Title says it all. While my computer was turned off, I had to connect my Disk Drive again so I put in the connecter and then re-attached a 4pin to my Graphics card.
The 4-Pin molex then sparked and the PC will refuse to turn on again.

So give me it straight...

What's bust?

Psu or Motherbaord is history... or maybe both...some specs would help...

Urm.... Oddly enough, I turned my computer off / on from the mains switch this morning and it started to work? With everything plugged in?
I tried turning the switch on the PSU that did nothing, or taking out the GPU / Disk drive ... I'm so confused. Atleast my computer works again >
