I don't know what your budget is but by the sounds of it with the two cards you have listed it is pretty low. I think that since you want to play all the good games (again by what you listed) then you don't want to go too low and by kicking yourself when you get some of these ganes and they are close to unplayable or they are and they arn't enjoyable. It comes down to your choice in the end. I listed a card that should be good for you and you have to decide what you can afford.

@inzone i know that they are low but my budget only allows them as i said i dont want to play on high settings i will like all games only to run on my pc what about hd5450 or 4670 can i play nfs hot pursuit and cod black ops on low setting and what about my other specs is my processor and ram are ok for these games?

Very, very low settings. Can't you really save some more money and go for a better one ; you and especially your processor deserves a better gpu than that.

But . . . the 550 would be a lot better indeed.

Ok we have established that you have a low budget but you havn't given a dollar amount that is your budget. You seem to be locked on the 5450 and 4670 by saying that is what you can afford and sometimes budgets are a little flexable especially if you wait and save a little bit more towards your purchase. Maybe you can wait a bit and get a good decent low budget card that would allow you to play all your games and I am not suggesting playing at high resolutions I am suggesting playing at reasonably enjoyable settings.

Would this card be in your budget , it is half the price of the other one I suggested and with the 1 gb video ram and the high clock speed I think it will play all of your intended games. It has an Hdmi and 2 Dvi ports and is DX11.

The 4670 will be better than the 5450, it would be fine at your resolution for most games, the 5670 and 6670 would both be better choices but are also more expensive. On the NVIDIA side the GT 240 competes with the 4670, next step up is a GTS 450 but they sell for close to 100 bucks. I'm going to agree with blackhawk that the 6670 would be your best choice, if you cant afford that then 5670, if you can't afford that then 4670 or GT 240, whichever is cheapest, and if you really want to be cheap head to ebay and look for a used HD 4770 or HD 3870 for 40 or 50 bucks.

Ok i have seen the options you all gave to me i selected hd4670 ,5670 so suggest me one of these and i have a query about shader model will it effect any games in future if i buy 4670because it comes with 4.1shader and will these gpus run current games ?i don care about resolution i just want to play all game doesnt.matter if it will run o lowest setting? Thanks for all suggetion btw

Most games are still using shader model 2.0 or 3.0, it will be along time until they come out with any games that won't be compatible with 4.1. The HD 5670 is roughly 30% faster than the 4670 so if the price difference is less than 30% go for the 5670.
