Depends what you're trying to do when logged in that account. If it's a Limited Account, it may not be able to do very much but if it's a full Administrator Account, there may well be local policies in place and you need to talk with eth Network Administrtaor.

What kind of account did you create, local or network? What's the full error message and where are you trying to logon to? If it states "not allow you to logon interactively" you may not have rights to logon to the computer (restriction will be seen in the account details), or you are trying to logon into a computer that has local logon rights dissabled for everyone.
