Rear panel combo jack

I have a desktop its sound is having a problem. Its sound is very low although it is in its maximum volume, but if I try the other speaker in other laptop its sound is great. Help please.

what speakers are you playing out of, the onboard sound cards arent designed to power speakers thus send a rather weak signal
