which processor is better between T6100 and T4500

First of welcome to the forum. Secondly, you have posted in the wrong section.

Anyway, the T6100 is better, but the 4500 is more cost efficient.

Your pick, I would personally not consider it and get a lower end sandy bridge CPU. Also these processors that you mentioned are last generation and pretty much obsolete.
