I'm upgrading the video card to an XFS Radeon HD 6770 video card and I need to upgrade the 250 watt power supply this computer came with. Will the Dynex 520-watt power supply work?

Not well. Dynex is best buy's cheap in-house brand, i wouldn't trust them on a power supply, especially since its so over priced, bestbuy.com is selling it for $65. You can get an Antec HCG-620 from newegg for $5 less, the HCG-620 is actually a good unit unlike that Dynex.
