Catalyst control center not working

every time when i start my PC i get an error window tat my catalyst control s not working....can any one can help me to solve tis....??

you have installed catalyst control but not ATI drivers so 1st remove all vga ati drivers and then RESTART (very important) and then install the the updated version of drivers and from ati
