Good motherboard for i5 3570k

I need advice for a good mobo for my i5 3570k i would want to overclock it to 4.5 ghz. Do you have any suggestions on a good motherboard right now im thinking about a Asrock Fatal1ty z77 performance.

I just got the simple Asrock z77 Pro4 for a decent price on Newegg and I was able to get a quick stable overclock to 4.4GHz. I'm sure I could push it further with some more voltage but I haven't had the need. If I were you, I'd go with that. If you have SLI plans though, the Extreme4 is essentially the same thing, just supporting SLI an a few other extra goodies. Good luck!
