My parents are looking for a new computer to replace their old HP. I looked at building one myself for them, but the cost/benefit doesn't work out. They aren't power users by any means, but they do want support for dual monitors. My question is this: Would the Dell Inspiron 620 support dual monitors out of the box? The relevant specs:
1xVGA
1xHDMI
Core i3-2100 with Intel HD2000 graphics
My thinking is that they should be able to hook one monitor into the VGA and the second into the HDMI. Would that work, or would they still need a stand-alone card?
