HOW TO KNOW THE LOAD OF CPU AND GPU WHILE GAMING?

The easiest way to monitor CPU load is to use task manager (ctr+alt+delete to start, or you can context click on the task bar and select task manager)

I've never used it but CPU-Z is a popular program for monitoring the CPU.

I did a quick search and found GPU-Z which lets you mointor GPU ussage - http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

I use MSI afterburner to monitor GPU load, windows task manager will tell you your CPU load.

When im playing MY CPU LOAD IS 50% - 80% and my GPU LOAD IS 20%+ when im playing.
