Found this computer online!

Hey people, I found this computer online, and was wondering if it would be able to handle Diablo 3, Battlefield 3, SWTOR, SC2, and SKYRIM, and if they can, what settings would I be able to run them at. Also the computer costs 600$ is it worth the buy? Should i upgrade something as fast as possible after i buy it?
