How to disable internet access on router??

I see a 'Belkin Wireless Router' in my networks window. However, I don't own one and I never installed it, so where did it come from?

Presumably you have wireless and are detecting somebody else's router -- if so there's nothing you need to (or can) do about it.

The question is "How to disable internet access on router?" - Do you mean to disable the Belkin Wireless Router in you network?

I guess your PC wireless have detected another wireless router and if your connected with it then this is a hotspot.
