Defective Video Card Reviews, Trying to find a substitut

Hey I was wondering if there was a substitute to the MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr II OC GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card I've seen the reviews on newegg and there has been an odd amount of defect complaints of it dying after a few months.

I wouldn't even pay $200 for that card. I hate that version and it looks more like a 560 than a 570. The reference cards are far better but all one has to do is replace the stock thermal pads for the power vrm and don't disable ocp and ovp.
