I've got 2 suggestions

900w is an overkill for 2 6950's, 750 watts should be plenty.

The ram you listed are 1.65 volts which could damage you're components. You'll need ram that are 1.5 volts.

The PSU thing is true, the ram thing, intel says that MAYBE it can damage but in their tests nothing happened. World wide people use it, without even knowing it, overclocking to stable 4.5gz, using it 24/7 and nothing happens. If the 1.5volts are available for the same price then go for it, if they are like 10$ more there is no need for it.
