750W enough for GTX 560 Ti SLI

currently I have a 750W power supply and 1 GTX 560 Ti and I wanted to be sure that my power supply could handle another before I buy it
This is my power supply

Graphics Card-MSI Twin Frozer II GTX 560 Ti
RAM-6 GB Corsair Dominator 1600
PSU-Corsair TX750
HDD-Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB
SSD-Intel 320 80 GB
Case-NZXT Phantom Black full ATX

5 120mm fans (including the ones on the H100) 2 w/led
2 200mm fans both led
1 140mm fan led
2 cold cathode light bars

eventually I will be replacing the Corsair Dominators with 2 sets of 12GB (3x4GB) G.Skill Ripjaws
