How much watt's will be required for this setup?

Planning on finishing up on planning my setup and buying it. How much watt's will I need for this setup? I already know what brand that I will be buying from which is Corsair. Thanks.

Motherboard: Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z/Gen3 Intel Z68

Processor: Intel Core i5 2500K

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560Ti 2GB

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Optical Drive: Asus 24X DVD Burner

A 80MM fan as well as a 120MM fan.

I'd go with a 550w if you're not overclocking and if you are then i go up to at least a 650w, though if you plan to grab a second 560 in the future then i'd move up to at least 750w. And good pick in choosing Corsair.
